Refuge Nodes offers Minecraft server hosting, Game Hosting, Bot Hosting (including Discord bots), VPS, Dedicated Servers, and other related cloud solutions. When contracting a service, the Client only rents temporary use of it; all physical, logical, and software infrastructure continues to be the exclusive and non-transferable property of Refuge Nodes.
Continued use of the services implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Refuge Nodes reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or update these ToS, the SLA, and any related policies at any time and for any reason (including legislative changes, operational improvements, or service adjustments). Changes will be published on our website and/or notified by email or through the client panel. Continued use after publication or notification will constitute implicit acceptance of the changes. In case of significant modifications affecting fundamental Client rights, Refuge Nodes may, at its discretion, provide a reasonable grace period for the Client to adapt their operations or cancel the service without additional penalties.
During registration, the Client must provide real, accurate, updated, and verifiable information (including name, valid email, and payment details). The use of temporary, fake, fraudulent email addresses or incorrect data may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account and all associated services, without right to refund.
The Client is solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials (username/password, FTP/SFTP access, control panels, SSH keys, API tokens, and any other configuration). Refuge Nodes is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from Client negligence, malware on their device, external breaches, social engineering, or poor security practices.
The services are exclusively directed to persons over 18 years of age. Minors may only use them under direct supervision and with express written consent from a legal guardian, who will assume full responsibility.
Refuge Nodes implements industry-standard security measures (such as RAID systems for redundancy). However, no system is 100% infallible. Refuge Nodes does not guarantee the integrity, permanent availability, or data recovery in any scenario. The Client is solely responsible for making, maintaining, and verifying external and updated backups of all their information (worlds, plugins, configurations, databases, etc.). Refuge Nodes will not be responsible for data loss derived from hardware or software failures, human errors, external attacks, file corruption, accidental deletions, or any other event.
Services are activated exclusively after complete and successful payment confirmation through authorized platforms.
Services may be configured to renew automatically through PayPal, Tebex, or other integrated platforms. It is the Client's exclusive responsibility to monitor, cancel, or manage such renewals before the next charge is processed.
Once a payment has been processed and confirmed, no refunds of any kind are made, regardless of the remaining service time, usage, or any other circumstance.
Trial servers are available only for Game Hosting, with a maximum duration of 24 hours (may end earlier without prior notice). They do not have applicable SLA or guaranteed technical support. The Client has one (1) MySQL database and one (1) internal backup exclusively for testing purposes. Refuge Nodes is not responsible for data loss on trial services.
Refuge Nodes offers Anti-DDoS protection under the Cosedge Network Security brand (in-house solution in development). Currently, it has an approximate mitigation capacity of 100 Gbps. This protection is active across all infrastructure, although total or immediate mitigation of massive, highly sophisticated, or application layer attacks is not guaranteed.
The Client must use allocated resources (CPU, RAM, disk, bandwidth, and network) reasonably, responsibly, and non-abusively, avoiding actions that affect the performance, stability, or availability of other users or shared nodes. Excessive or disproportionate use may result, without prior notice, in resource limitation, temporary suspension, or definitive termination of service, without right to refund.
MySQL Databases: Not counted within default storage allocation. However, if combined storage exceeds 10 GB (e.g., by plugins like Dynmap), Refuge Nodes may: reduce file storage, move the server to another node, request plan upgrade, plugin deactivation, or suspend/terminate service. Bandwidth: No strict limits by default, but reserves the right to restrict/suspend/terminate Minecraft servers exceeding 1 TB monthly or non-Minecraft in the top 5% of consumption (e.g., streaming bots, VPN, CDN). Mojang EULA Compliance: Mandatory; violations cause suspension until correction. General Storage: Exclusive for necessary service files; personal storage or unrelated content prohibited.
Includes guidance support for common infrastructure problems. Does not cover advanced configuration, custom optimization, mod/plugin errors, or Client configurations.
Unmanaged services. Support limited to hardware, network, and own infrastructure. Guidance help is optional and not mandatory.
Refuge Nodes maintains zero tolerance for insults, threats, offensive language, spam, harassment, or any disruptive conduct in tickets, Discord, or communications. May result in support suspension, service termination, and, if applicable, legal action.
